Payment Methods

We accept below payment methods:

• Credit Card (American Express)
• Direct Deposit (to our AU bank)

Please note that all orders are required to pay in full in advance as instant payment online including pre-order items.

We do not charge any surcharge for above payment methods. However, please note that if you are using foreign credit card to purchase in AUD dollars from our site, your bank may charge you some extra fees which we will not be responsible for it as we will only receive original amount on the order from you.

Also, for order over 2000AUD, we recommend customer to purchase via PayPal or Direct Deposit to speed up the payment checking process from our account department, there is chance we could not accept your payment via credit card if your order is over 2000AUD. Thank you for your understanding.

For PayPal purchase over 2000AUD, if your account is unverified, further idenfiication document may be requested for new buyer with high amount of purchase to avoid fraud issue. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For pre-order products, please note that once customer had placed the order, our price won't change and customer will receive refund if pre-order was unsuccessful. Pre-order price will not change during pre-order period. No cancellation is accepted once we accepted your pre-order. Once we have received the stock, your order will be sent immediately. Please note that unless specified, there is no Estimate Arrival Date of the pre-order item. We will refund in full if we cannot fullfill the order for you.
