RMA procedures
To better serve you as our valuable customer and in order to deliver the quickest and reliable services we have developed a new Return Material Arrangement (RMA) system therefore to provide the quickest possible response.
Before applying for the RMA service, it is very important that you have already read through our terms and conditions for the coverage area of our warranty and return policy.
Please follow the below procedures with the illustrations:
Step 1
Click on “Company” tab on the front page at eGlobaL and Choose “Contact Us”

Step 2
Click on “Apply for a Return” or the return icon

Step 3
Fill in the required information including the order number item model and the serial number of the item to be returned. The more and accurate information is given the faster and easier the return process will be.

Step 4
A ticket number will be give, email notification will be sent to your mail box and your return request will then be processed and we may send you message in case more information is required. Should you would like to check if any status updated you may also type your ticket number in and to review all message being received and sent.
