Shipping

eGlobaL currently provides shipping service to Australia and New Zealand with below shipping methods:

  1. Economy Express Shipping (3-5 working days delivery from time of dispatch*) = based on product.
  2. Insured Economy Express Shipping (3-5 working days delivery from time of dispatch*) = Economy Express Shipping + 3% of order amount
  3. Priority Express Shipping (2-3 working days delivery from time of dispatch*) = Economy Express Shipping + AU$20 (fixed rate)
  4. Insured Priority Express Shipping (2-3 working days delivery from time of dispatch*) = Economy Express Shipping + 3% of order amount + AU$20 (fixed rate)

Economy Express Shipping is fast and safe handled by DHL, DPEX(TOLL), EMS etc.

*Delivery time are estimates only. Actual dispatch and delivery time depends on stock level and logistic arrangements. We try our best to process and dispatch order within 1-2 working days (in stock items). Items not instock will be given a suggested restock time frame on product page.

*There will be a fixed surcharge of AU$33.9 for addresses that are remote areas defined by couriers.

*Note: For accessory items such as some filter / memory card, we will charge a fixed shipping cost AU$15 for Economy Express Shipping. 

PO Box Address

As of currently, we apologize but eGlobaL does not offer shipping to a PO Box / Parcel Locker address / Locked Bag.

 

Insurance

For orders shipped with Insured Economy Shipping or Insured Priority Shipping, eGlobaL will cover in full, any physical loss or damage of the goods during transit* up to the product value. You may opt for another shipment of the same goods as a replacement or a refund of product value.

Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:

1) You open the claim with us (reported by livechat, email or ticket system) within 7 calendar days* after the tracking is sent to you

2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties 

*Cases reported to us after 7 calendar days of the tracking provided, we cannot 100% guarantee that courier could open investigation for your parcels’ status.


Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement for damaged good(s):

1) You open the claim with us (reported by livechat, email or ticket system) within 48 hours of receipt*, plus providing all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, wrapped bubbles and the product photo

2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties


*After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.

Shipping cost

eGlobaL offers very competitive prices for every product you are interested in. As we source our inventory at the best price, you should not worry about spending extra dollar from us!

Every order comes with multiple shipping options that suit your needs: Express & Priority.

Express is our default shipping option but you can also choose Priority shipping to enjoy your new gears earlier. Delivery time for Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 working days only (from time of dispatch).

Shipping method recommendation:

Shipping Insurance

We always encourage customers to use Insured shipping because you are covered on lost shipment or damage during delivery. Why risk hundreds or even thousands dollars on shipment?

If you choose Insured Shipping and unfortunately, the shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, upon confirmation of courier companies, we will cover 100% of the order subtotal.

Delivery generally takes 2-5 working days only (From time of order dispatch)

In order to speed up the whole process, it would be the best if you can prepare these information / documents:

  • Professional Email Address (ISP / Work Email / Government / Universities)
  • Landline number (For safer and swift shipping service)
  • Copy of Driver License / Passport / University ID Card
  • Utility Bill, Electricity Bill or Water Bill

Our customer service team may approach you for these documents so that we can provide a smooth delivery process.

In cases those documents or information are not available to you, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, they will try to resolve the issue with you.

Please note that not all items are instock, please refer to the suggested re-stock time frame on product page.

Tax Information

As our products are grey-imported goods, product prices do not include tax and we do not charge any tax or GST (Goods and Service Tax). Therefore we are unable to provide any tax invoice for tax claim.

Payment Information

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Paypal Verified(Recommended)

  • Direct Bank Deposit

Note: For order over AU$1000, Paypal or Direct Deposit is preferred to speed up the payment checking process. There are chances we could not accept payment via credit card if the order is over AU$1000.

Paypal (Unverified/Unregistered) Note:If your Paypal account is not verified, please prepare a citizenship identification (ID Card/Billing Address Proof) to speed up the payment checking process. Our Customer Service staff will approach you for these documents shortly after checkout.
